We’ve developed loads of useful tools and features to help you make the most of our online lead generation services.
For example, when we pass you a homeowners details (after we’ve spoken with them first naturally), the homeowner gets their own email detailing login details to view your profile and contact details.
Give your company a professional appearance by showing your company logo and perhaps a brochure or press cutting, along with your contact details and a small introduction to why they should choose your company (Customer Notes)
To update your viewable profile with your logo and/or a brochure pdf file, go to your Customer Admin Area – Account Details > Update profile and use the upload buttons at the bottom of the page.
Remember – Everything you see in Update Company Profile is visible by homeowners.
p.s Explorer 8 users (companies only) may experience difficulty when trying to ‘view’ what their profile looks like (see link ‘view what your customers will see’).
When you click the link, answer NO to the Explorer security question – this will load the page ‘view’ correctly.

Another NEW feature for you – the ability to add partial postcodes by selecting a mileage radius. We’ve just added this amazing new ’select areas’ tool which can be accessed via your Customer Admin Area.
Login to your Customer Admin Area and under Account Details > Select Areas >, you’ll see the new area selection option on the right-hand side.
Simply type in the first part of your preferred postcode e.g DE24, and select your radius from the drop-down menu.
We’ll display all the partial postcode areas within your radius. If you want to add these to your areas covered, simply click on ‘Confirm’. Want to try another postcode? Choose ‘Change’ and search again.
You can still continue to add additional postcodes / partial postcodes using the ‘drag n drop’ feature as before.
Selecting your coverage area by radius is easy – login to your Customer Admin Area now and update your areas today.

We’ve just added our NEW Calendar feature to help you keep track of your appointments and callbacks, on your Customer Admin Area.
To help you make the most of this new feature, which uses a private Google Calendar account, we’ve produced a handy ‘how-to’ guide (click here to download a copy now).
With our new feature, it’s now possible to automatically post all of your lead appointments onto a Google Calendar. Google Calendars are free and give you the ability to access your appointment calendar on any PC with internet access.
You’ll also be able to use the integrated Google Map feature to get directions / print off a map of where that appointment is.

Another week, another brand new feature in our lead delivery system: we’ve added the ability to manage your leads and your Price Engines account on the road, using text messages.
All you need to do is send a short message to 07800 140047, and you can turn your account on and off, make changes to your maximum lead flow and get information about your account and your leads, right from your mobile.
Text your account number and ‘STATUS’ to 07800 140047 and we’ll send you back a text message detailing your account status, the number of leads you’ve had delivered that week and how many more are remaining. Text your account number and ‘2 MORE’ and we’ll add 2 leads to your maximum weekly lead flow.
Even better, you can get information about any Price Engines lead by texting us their phone number, post code or lead reference number. If you send us a telephone number or post code, we’ll locate the most recent lead we sent you which has that telephone or post code.

You can now use our advanced partial postcode matching system through your Price Engines Customer Admin Area, giving you complete control over the areas your leads come from.
Our ’supermatch’ partial postcode matching service allows you to add partial postcodes from neighbouring postcode areas to your account, so you can specify a nearby town without taking the whole of its postcode area – for instance, specifying Chesterfield (S41), but not the whole of Sheffield (S).
Adding a nearby partial postcode could bring you leads from upwards of 9000 more households, without hugely increasing the area you cover. Take a look:
There are 127 postcode areas (such as ‘DE’)
There are 3078 partial postcode areas (such as DE24)
That means there’s an average of 9090 homes per partial postcode area
